Potty Training update

Ok I am SO stinkin proud of my Logan. He stayed dry throghout the entire night. He was wearing his diaper while we were laying down to go to sleep and all of a sudden he said "my wearing diaper, mommy?" I said "do you need to go potty?" and he got up and ran to the bathroom saying "yes yes my have to go potty" He sat on the potty and went pee. He slept really well last night and then woke up at 5 am saying he needed to go potty. When he took off his diaper I picked it up to throw it away, but it was completely dry. He went pee pee on the potty and kept saying, "mommy, you so proud of me?" OF COURSE I am so proud of him. Things are going great with the potty training, I am so excited. YAY LOGAN!!!!!!

Recent happenings

I LOVE when Logan picks out his own jammies, he NEVER comes back with a matching set. But hey, he is a big boy and we let him wear what he likes to bed...and I have to admit, he looks super cute no matter what he wears. (like the matching blue binkie?)



It's almost getting too hot to go o the park and it totally sucks. We went at 8 am today and I was breakin a sweat. I hate Az summers, Logan doesn't seem to mind the heat one bit.

BOY

That's right another baby boy!!!!! And he is a super active little booger, it took forever for the u/s tech to get all those important pics, let alone the fun ones. He was all over the place. No wonder he has his mommy so worn out all the time.

Somethin to celebrate

My family went to Oregano's a couple weeks ago to celebrate a couple things. My dad was in the hospital and rehab for a little over 2 months for a heart condition and for another knee operation. We are so happy that he is finally out in the real world again.....and so is he. he didn't get to celebrate me and Jill's birthdays with us so that was kinda another reason we went out. We had so much fun and Oregano's is super yummy. I am so grateful to have such a tight family who makes sure to get together when we feel it's been too long since we've seen each other. I love my family SO MUCH.

I can't believe it

My ADORABLE nephew Kaiden graduated from preschool today. His class put on this awesome program this morning, singing songs and dancing. Kaiden was SO excited and was all smiles all morning. I am so proud to be his auntie, he is such a great kid.

Potty training

Ok, so it is time for potty training. Logan is doing a really great job at it. I have been really afraid of potty training Logan because I felt like it would be so hard, but I was talking with my friend Chelsey about it and she totally changed my thinking.(Thank you Chelsey) My new thinking..."JUST DO IT." I have come to find that if Logan is wearing a diaper, pull up or even big boy underwear he will pee in his pants. The ONLY way to get this boy potty trained is to keep him naked all day long. I am dreading to actually leave the house with him in underwear, but I guess that is the only way to get him used to the fact that if he doesn't go on the potty it will end up ALL over him. We really need to get this knocked out by the time the new baby comes, Logan is ready and we are totally ready. He went poo in the potty on Sunday at my sisters house (I am so grateful that my sisters are helping in the process while we are at work) but he has been holding it now for two days and I left him in his room with his potty and he went all by himself. I am so happy that he is being such a big boy about it. He whined a little bit saying he wanted a diaper on, but I just kept saying no and he finally went all by himself. Hey, this may be easier than I thought it would be. Um...hold that thought...we have dinner with my family tonight and he will be sporting the big boy underwear. Wish me luck!!!!!
