WHAT????????????


I have given up soda. I can't believe I did it, but no more Dr. Pepper for me. I am determined to lose weight and if giving up soda will help I am all there. It hasn't been hard for me either so I feel great. I still love going to work out, I go at least three times a week and I work out from home on my off days. Yay me. Now if I could just see a smaller number on that scale.......

You are so good! I work out 3 times a wk. too and am having the same problem! No results! The numbers on the scale are the same:( And I don't think I 'm brave enough to back off of the caffine:(
